ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All timeframes are business days and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
- United States — 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Australia, UK, Canada, Europe — 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World — 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
During peak periods such as holidays or sale events, delivery may take slightly longer. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum spend required. The price you see is the price you pay.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No discount codes needed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our Track Your Order page, or directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspections and import duties imposed by your country. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to predict or control customs processing times, which may add additional days to your delivery estimate. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- Keep the original packaging for inspection purposes
- Contact us with your order number and photos
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion
